I admit it, I outsource to help run my business

All of us do something that makes this country, and the world, a better place for everyone – we have a career, or job, or business because we are experts in a particular area. We often become experts because we are incredibly passionate.

 

I am such stubborn person that I make life really hard for myself when I have to do things that I don’t want to do or when there is some truth that I don’t want to face.

 

I live in a natural, organic, non-toxic world and many people have a pre-conceived idea of who I should be. Often there is an expectation that I am airy fairy, positive and independent 100% of the time – this simply isn’t true.

 

A successful business needs a strong-willed, passionate person to put their energy and love into it.
 

That doesn’t mean you should be expected to be good at, or enjoy, every facet of running your business. There are some things I simply do not like – and that is where I reach for help.

I don’t have connections in every state of Australia – I don’t know where to stay, where to sleep, the best place to hold my workshops, let alone how to handle the logistics of getting myself AND my products there.

Finances
This one is a recent realisation – I don’t have a strong grasp of budgeting and growth, and I need some assistance. Coming forward and reaching out is such a relief, because I know there are so many experts out there who can help!

 

Calendar

Believe it or not, I run a full time business, I have a goat, a puppy, a fiancé and I also work full time (for someone else AND myself). In the midst of all that I am also planning a wedding.

Wait, before you tell me I am crazy and out of my mind (I am a little but I love it), let me explain my HOW & WHY.

WHY? Because I absolutely am obsessed with my life and I am in the hot middle fiddle of growth and I want to be successful in my own terms.
